The Story

I grew up in Sunderland. The North East shaped me — its work ethic, its directness, its refusal to accept anything less than honest graft. That foundation never left.

I started working in commercial operations young and learned fast. By 25, I'd managed over £300M in B2B contracts across industries where margins are tight and execution is everything. I learned what actually makes businesses grow, and more importantly, what holds them back.

I spent time working internationally in Dubai, where I saw how businesses scale when they remove the founder bottleneck and build proper commercial infrastructure. That shift in perspective changed the way I think about growth.

I came back to the North East because this is home. But I also saw a gap — the potential of local businesses is enormous, yet the commercial capability holding them back is something most founders never address. I wanted to change that.
